Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
- recognize basic concepts of economics and the digital economy,
- distinguish methods, tools, approaches to Economic Theory, as well as the limitations that available resources and current technology place on the economic system,
- define basic micro/macroeconomic figures and policies,
- explain terms and procedures of the digital economy,
- analyze contemporary economic issues using methods and tools of the digital economy.

- Identification and objects of work of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector
- Definition of macro-economic dimensions of ICT
- ICT and productivity relationship – Measurement methodologies
- Measuring digital competitiveness – Positive indicators
