Undergraduate Studies

Learning Objectives

A “system” can be defined as a collection of interacting entities that constitute a unified whole for a specific purpose. “Digital” is a system that stores, processes and transmits information in digital form and, therefore, is closely related to computer technology and information technology.

The Digital Systems Department of the University of Thessaly covers the entire basic range of knowledge of computer technology and information technology so that its graduates have the professional rights and professional prospects that graduates of departments related to information technology have, but also provides knowledge specialization, which allows its graduates to develop innovative systems for emerging sectors of the digital economy, with great economic and social impact.
