- will have network design and configuration skills,
- will understand the operation of the various network protocols,
- will know the basic standards of the internet,
- will be able to apply all of the above in practice

- Data transmission
- Synchronization
- Circuit, message and packet switch.
- Common medium access techniques
- Queuing theory
